Satisfying An Addiction
Listen, I have all sorts of faults, shortcomings, obsessions, idiosyncrasies and quirks, but I'm so glad I don't have an addiction that requires me to go out in the cold and wind and rain or snow several times a day to satisfy that addiction. I count myself fortunate in that respect.

Whoa! I'm gonna go out on a limb here and speculate that a smoker has REALLY ticked you off somehow!!! LOL

Oh no, not at all. Quite the opposite, I shiver on their behalf every time I see someone get completely wrapped up in coat, scarf, hat, gloves, etc. to go out and endure the elements because they have this powerful addiction.
